Dahlia Collection – Marketplace Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Dahlia Collection (“the Platform”). By registering as a buyer or seller, you agree to the following:


1. Role of Dahlia Collection

1.1 Dahlia Collection operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
1.2 Dahlia Collection does not own, sell, or ship products listed on the Platform. Sellers are the merchants of record and are fully responsible for their listings, sales, and customer service.
1.3 Dahlia Collection charges an 8% commission on the total sale price of each completed order. This commission is non-refundable.


2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate listings: All product descriptions, prices, shipping information, and images must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

  • List shipping locations clearly: Sellers must clearly state the countries, regions, or restrictions where they will ship.

  • Fulfill orders promptly: Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, tracking, and delivering items to buyers.

  • Handle returns/refunds: Sellers must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws on returns, refunds, or exchanges, and disclose their return/refund policy on the listing.

  • Comply with laws and taxes: Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, permits, safety standards, and intellectual property compliance.

  • Communicate with buyers: Sellers must respond promptly to buyer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, or product information.


3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Review listings carefully: It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all product details, shipping terms, and seller policies before making a purchase.

  • Check shipping eligibility: Buyers must verify that the seller ships to their location before placing an order.

  • Contact sellers directly for issues: Buyers should contact the seller for shipping updates, refunds, or returns.

  • Provide accurate delivery information: Buyers must ensure their address and contact details are correct.

  • Acknowledge Dahlia Collection’s role: Buyers understand that Dahlia Collection is not responsible for product quality, delivery times, or refunds.


4. Commission & Fees

4.1 Dahlia Collection takes an 8% commission on all sales.
4.2 This commission is deducted automatically at the time of sale.
4.3 The commission is non-refundable even if an order is cancelled, returned, or disputed.


5. Payments

5.1 Buyer payments are processed securely via Woo payments.

5.2 Seller payouts (minus commission) will be transferred to the seller’s designated account – Minimum withdraw amount $100 AUD.

5.3 Seller can request 1 withdrawal at a time.

5.4 Sellers are responsible for any payment gateway fees, chargebacks, or disputes.

5.5 Withdrawals can take up to  5-7 business days via Stripe


6. Prohibited Items

Sellers must not list or sell:

  • Illegal, restricted, counterfeit, or stolen goods.

  • Unsafe products or items violating safety standards.

  • Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.


7. Disputes & Resolution

7.1 Buyers and sellers are expected to attempt to resolve disputes directly.
7.2 Dahlia Collection may, at its discretion, provide limited assistance but is not obligated to mediate disputes.
7.3 Chargebacks or payment disputes will be handled according to the payment processor’s policies.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Dahlia Collection is not liable for:

  • Product defects, damage, or loss during shipping.

  • Any refunds, returns, or warranties owed to buyers.

  • Seller misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver goods.
    8.2 Dahlia Collection’s total liability is limited to the amount of commission received for the disputed transaction.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dahlia Collection, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, or your interactions with other users.


10. Account Termination

Dahlia Collection may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws without prior notice.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
